Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible partner JP at Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky dad. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram account @annephung, where I share my life- my highs, lows and all between. My family relocated to America. At the age of 1 and 1/4, I joined my parents. As I knew I could have a brighter future and I wanted to achieve my goals and make my parents proud. I thought my life would go one way or another: I'd graduate from college, get an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then be married, and then start an family. Although I was convinced that this was the standard for successful, my life was not following the plans. The money and the status of my position didn't make me feel happy. I was convinced that I was wasting my life to earn the opportunity to earn a salary. It was in 2013 that I realized that my passion was exercising. I also liked socializing and being able to help others. On the path towards the new direction of my life, I discovered private training. In 2014, I launched my small business and this 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th year anniversary. Within this industry it is not a lot of Asian females. In order to be an innovator in my field and offer quality coaching, to assist others in achieving an improved and happier life by establishing a life that is tailored to their specific needs and objectives. Also, I strive to inspire others to go after their desires and accomplish whatever they would like to do in their life. My professional career began to take off when I experienced the greatest happiness of my life. But, my mom passed away just when my career took off. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease is over and she rests in Heaven. She will always remain in my thoughts and my mind. It is true that life has a way with giving us precisely what we require, even if we are unable to comprehend the lesson in the moment. The passing of my mother has altered my life in several ways. I truly believe that her passing gave me the opportunity to begin the next chapter. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance give me a second chance of living the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. At the age of 30 I feel a sense of being alive and in the moment. I'm not feeling as if I'm just a mere existence anymore. My story is made available to me so that I may be able to share my stories and thoughts. This will help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. It is possible to accomplishing anything you wish in your life. Therapy is vital and is normal. Health is the greatest asset. Only one life is yours. I want you to live it to the fullest.
